Payment basis:
- 30% non-refundable deposit payable on booking
- The remainder of the fee is due on the day or I can accept payment beforehand if preferred.
Notes:
- The copyright for all the images created on the day remain the photographer's intellectual property. However, if the bride and groom are willing to provide model release consent for the photographer to use images in which they are recognisable for promotional and commercial purposes, I will grant permission to the bride and groom to make unlimited print copies for non-commercial use.
- Reasonable use of electronic images up to a maximum width of 800 pixels (for example, on the bride and groom's website) is permitted on the condition that images are always credited to David M Ebling and the original high-resolution files are not made publicly available. Written permission may be granted for other uses on request.
- My liability is strictly limited to the amount of the fee that has been paid.
